The Philippine Association for Behavior Analysis, Inc. (PABA) is a non-profit organization whose main goal is to professionalize the use of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the Philippines.

Vision

That persons with autism spectrum disorder will have access to culturally relevant, efficient, dynamic, ABA practice.

Mission

To professionalize the field of ABA practice through education, training, and research, To actively engage families and other team members in a therapeutic alliance to achieve common goals.

Objectives

  • To promote and maintain high professional standards in the use of applied behavior analysis in the Philippines .
  • To develop among its members high ideals of competence, ethical conduct, integrity and civic consciousness in discharging their professional and public responsibility.
  • To guard against the practice by non-qualified persons or entities
  • To protect and enhance the integrity of the certificate of accreditation of Applied Behavior Analysis practitioners in the Philippines .
  • To elevate the standards and support behavior analytic research, applications and education
  • To collect and disseminate information about behavior analysis
  • To function as the Philippine contact for and representative of the Association for Behavior Analysis (ABA), International
  • To establish referral system among accredited local ABA practitioners and international organizations.
